A leader with a passion for design
I enjoy working alongside individuals who dream big, care deeply and crave the satisfaction of delighting others with their work, just as I do.
I'm an employee-first leader with the aptitude to deliver creative solutions for the world's leading companies, and the tenacity to build a design department from the ground up.
In my free time you'll typically find me disconnected from technology - fishing, hiking, gardening, woodworking, playing soccer or just goofing around with my kids.

Dell
Project Overview:
Consulted client on design strategy, leading to sale of redesign project.
Dell was looking to create a best-in class investor relations website. I lead consultations to identify their goals and create a roadmap to a successful end-product. Along the way, I guided them on a content strategy - helping them tell their financial story in a simple yet engaging way. This site remains a favorite among other clients who reference it for these qualities.

Victoria's Secret & Co.
Project Overview:
Led client through a fast-paced and complex dual-redesign.
Originally known as L Brands, this client came to us when planning to spit into two companies - Victoria's Secret & Co. and Bath&Body Works, respectively. They needed help separating one site into two. The task was logistically complex, and the deadline was imminent. With an understanding of their goals, I audited their site to identify improvement areas and map out key efforts. This created a comprehensive view of the challenge ahead and allowed us to form an execution strategy. My project plan prioritized tasks into pre and post launch phases, allowing us to accelerate our process to meet their unmovable deadline, then circle back and refine.

Cerence
Project Overview:
Identified upsell opportunity, leading client through custom design project.
I first consulted this client in 2019 - helping them create a plan to continuously roll out design improvements to their site. As their company evolved, their ambitions grew, so I proposed undergoing a full redesign to achieve all their goals. We took them through a variety of workshops to identify company and user goals, did visual wayfinding exercises and created design iterations to create a shared vision with stakeholders.

Project Management Institute
Project Overview:
Aided in creative direction and design project planning to help close this deal.
This client was looking for white-glove service to help them create a custom event experience. I vetted the design scope - gathering requirements, setting expectations, and helping create a project plan that aligned with their ambitions. The project was a success and they've rehired us for future events - a testament to our work.

Xeris
Project Overview:
Guided client on best practices, capitalizing on a large upsell opportunity.
Due to an upcoming M&A, this client was in a hurry to redesign their investor relations website. When I consulted them, I identified redesigning the investor site would leave the corporate site looking outdated. I proposed a plan where we'd take over their corporate site in a second phase redesign. To demonstrate, we created a few proactive mocks which made the value of this approach clear. These efforts not only increased the size of the deal but landed a new corporate account subscription.

Thera Technologies
Project Overview:
Helped client form their vision, which increased our deal size.
During initial consultation I helped the client take a more wholistic view of their project and identified improvements they had not realized. Sharing visuals and articulating ideas, I was able to craft a vision that solved more of their problems. The insights I provided lead to a full custom design project that more than doubled the size of the original deal.

Topgolf Callaway Brands
Project Overview:
Built long-standing relationship, leading multiple projects including their confidential rebrand project.
The first time I met this client was to consult them on best-practices and pitch our design services. I pulled in our golf-enthusiast designer who enjoyed presenting some concepts that won them over. A few years later, they came back, asking to expand their site and recraft it for their (top secret) rebrand and company name change.

Zscaler
Project Overview:
A successful retention effort and winning content strategy.
In 2020, I was pulled into a sales call to discuss this client's unique needs. They had different goals from most of our clients and were considering other vendors to help achieve them. Our design team followed up with our solution - pitching a design they said was “absolutely brilliant”. The account was saved, and our proactive design rolled into a custom redesign project. Even after a recent redesign, the site's UX design has remained the same - a testament to our work.

Mondelez
Project Overview:
A competitive situation where my consultation efforts and proactive design helped retain this account.
I was brought into this situation, where a competitor had proactively pitched a redesign to our client. In response I consulted the client, listening to their pain-points to understand the challenge. I followed up by presenting our own proactive mockup that focused on addressing their needs. The client was delighted, renewing their contract, and proceeding with our new design.
